How difficult it is to say these four words… How contradictory we are to get angry with others saying “everyone knows everything” and then try to know everything…
How tiring is the trap that our minds set for us, “you should know everything; you should pretend when you don’t know” …
On the one hand, we want to transform and on the other hand, we hold on to the chains of the information we think is “right”. We are scared to death that those chains will be broken. We are very afraid of not knowing anything.
We make comments and make judgments about the lives we have never experienced or never know. Instead of saying “I do not know that experience”, we speak as if we know it and put new sins on our shoulders.
However, we do not know. We do not know anyone’s experience. We don’t even know our own experience precisely because beyond what we call “life” and perceive it with only five senses is unknown.
On the other hand, we know everything. However, there is a huge wall of mind between us and our knowing part. When someone gives us new points of view, something is happening in us, right in our heart, a ripple, goose skin, tears in the eyes… That is the moment we know… Only a moment… Those are the seconds we remember what we know…
We hope that this issue supports saying goodbye to “I know” situations and remembering what the heart knows…
See you in two months…
